Nick & Samara, the husband and wife duo behind the Tatone & Saffian team in a highly competitive real estate market, came to me with a simple idea: a 12-month postcard campaign targeting "next to sell" homeowners and locals.
From there, I got to work delivering a refreshed brand image with a clean West Hollywood aesthetic and 12 months of catchy postcards and taglines designed to grab attention and speak directly to the high-end buyers and sellers in their area.
