In mid 2019, Dilbeck Real Estate was looking to roll out a new program: a remodeling and staging concierge service with no pre-sale cost. It’s pretty nifty. I was tasked with crafting the branding, print, and online marketing materials for the program. After dozens of tag lines and logo designs were submitted to the management and marketing team, they landed on my favorite version (a happy choice for me). What resulted was a social media, email, print, and digital package with two focuses: selling the service to our agents and helping our agent sell the service to their clients. Thus, Dilbeck Premier Concierge was born.
