Performance based ergonomics
Rebranding, Web Development & Product Design

PBE (Performance Based Ergonomics) is an industry leader in the employee ergonomic space. They’ve pioneered ergonomic techniques now recognized as the industry standard, and boast a thoroughly impressive roster of clients from Amazon to Netflix. I was brought on as a Marketing Strategist & Consultant to refresh & reposition their brand, reimagine their product, and redesign both their SaaS and consumer-facing websites. I was only with them for a short time, but am incredibly proud of what we were able to accomplish.

Branding
Introducing pbe 2.0

While PBE has managed to serve Silicon Valley since the ’90s, its branding didn’t speak to its impressive tech roots. So, I changed that. Arrows are now pushing the brand forward while the bold heavy font elevates their brand to appeal to both the corporate & tech sectors. The intentional lower casing of the logo keeps it friendly and speaks to the duality of PBE itself - a corporate entity serving the largest companies in the world, run by the 2 co-founders (and best friends) whose priority has always been employee wellness.

Product & Website Development
ergo-ally 2.0

2020 saw many legacy industries do a hard pivot to virtual services, and PBE was no different. The company needed to pivot completely, beef up online offerings, and create a product that wasn't dependent upon in-person services.

So again, I got to work. I spent hours meeting with their largest clients (think Amazon, Twitch & Netflix). I heard their pain points, listened to their requests, and dug deep into how employees are using the current system. A few months later, armed with insights only Silicon Valley can bring, I designed and conceptualized a new product - one that answers the needs of their clients, engages the users, and delivers high value for in-person and virtual services.

Service Site

A longtime partner with PBE needed a serious site overhaul. Working closely with their EHS Team, I designed an experiential content delivery site more aligned with a modern aesthetic.

Empowered by Ergo

User engagement is the gold standard of ergo success. In partnership with clients like Atlassian & Twitch, I developed a series of Slack and social media images designed to boost engagement.

Pitch Decks

To compliment their revamped client journey, I created a series of targeted pitch decks designed to excite & inform visitors on the Ergo-Ally service. For impact, they each partner with a high-energy email campaign.

Drip Campaigns

After I established a minty fresh sales funnel, I wrote and designed a series of drip campaigns designed to deliver their new software demo & help potential customers see themselves are PBE clients.

reIntroducing pbergo.com

Pbergo.com is a study in delivering information & value. The site is bursting with great information & practically radiates their friendly approachable personality. But for all of that, it fails to adequately inform visitors and guide them through their sales journey or easily deliver that value. So I got to work distilling the site into a clear and modern visitor experience. The result is the soon-to-rollout PBE site which features a new demo process, explicit sales journey, high-value resources, chat widgets, and email campaign-backed information request forms.
